RSCS Reunion - August 20-22 2010

Tuesday, March 13 Jeffrey Bensaull, 44 Church St., Richfield Springs, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree after an alleged altercation. Eight orders of protection were filed against Bensaull according to state police.

Tuesday, March 13 Angela E. Feitzinger, 17, of 148 E. Main St., Richfield Springs, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $10 worth of merchandise from Kinney Drugs in Richfield Springs.

Saturday, March 17 Shawn D. Kane, 30, 18 Division St., Richfield Springs, was charged with assault in the third degree.

Saturday, March 17   Mitchell Sadlon, 23, Richfield Springs, was charged with DWAI and criminal possession of a controlled substance after a routine traffic stop on County Route 25. One gram of crack cocaine was allegedly confiscated.

Sunday, March 18 Michael A. McNamara, 21, of 214 Route 8, Bridgewater, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for driving without a front license plate. According to the report, McNamara failed four sobriety tests performed at the scene.

Monday, March 19 Jesse E. Dilatush, 759 Gulf Road, Burlington Flats, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped on Lake Street, in Richfield Springs, for an inadequate exhaust system.

Wednesday, March 21 Richard Ropen, 27, 207 Fiery Hill Road, Fort Plain, was charged for snowmobiling while intoxicated on River Street, in Richfield Springs.

Wednesday, March 21 Jeffrey A. Edwards, 20, of Portlandville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Highway 205 in the town of Otsego. One gram of marijuana and a pipe was allegedly confiscated at the scene.

Wednesday, March 21 Kevin Bobnick, 44, of Richfield Springs, was charged with driving while intoxicated after being pulled over on Monticello Street for allegedly driving without tail lights.

Saturday, March 24 Glenn Hall, 30, of Townsend Road, Clayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated after being pulled over on Pleasant St. in West Winfield.

Sunday, March 25 Charles Hilts, of Columbia, was charged with driving while intoxicated after being pulled over on State Route 8, in Bridgewater. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of fireworks. Marijuana and a pipe were allegedly confiscated.
