Members of 4-H recognized
|
The Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Program held its Annual 4-H Member/Volunteer Recognition Event recently. The purpose of this event is to recognize 4-H members and clubs that have successfully completed the 4-H year.
During the awards ceremony attended by over 200 4-H members, leaders and families, pizza and a Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundae party was enjoyed. Stewart’s Shops donated the sundae supplies and Dairylea donated the milk.
Owen D. Young Central School students and members of the Cow Belles 4-H Club in Jordanville received awards.

Natasha Mower, Outstanding 4-H’er; Ellen Perkins, first year membership
pin and Outstanding 4-H’er; Stephanie Treadwell, Outstanding 4-H’er;
and volunteer Shane Badger, certificate for three years of service.
