COOPERSTOWN – The Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard awarded its 2006 Service Recognition Award to team member Meghan Bouton, of West Burlington, at the annual Team Recognition Banquet held at Templeton Hall in Cooperstown. This annual award recognizes a team member’s dedication to the Michaels family and fellow team members, and for making the mill a fun place to work. Bouton received the award for her infectious positive attitude and willingness to assume additional responsibilities. “Meghan is not afraid to ask questions and always offers a helpful answer,” said Brenda Michaels, co-owner of the mill. Lin Molloy, the mill’s personnel leader added, “The ability to multi-task and be cross trained is a trait that we seek in all team members and Megan is a shining example. This, along with her winning personality, has set a standard for all our young team members.” Bouton is currently a freshman at Oswego State University, working at the mill during breaks and plans to return next summer.
