Pre-K celebrates Valentine’s Day at P.O.
|
Both RSCS Pre-Kindergarten classes walked to their local post office last week to mail valentine poems to their families. The children purchased their own stamps, hand-canceled them, and Postmaster Mary Powers allowed the children “behind the scenes” to see what happens to their mail after it is put in the slot. This is an annual Valentine’s Day field trip for the pre-kindergarten. |
