RSCS Reunion - August 20-22 2010

Biddy B’ball begins

The newly started Biddy Basketball program with students at Richfield Springs Central School includes two teams each, coached by Jesskia Coones and Brad Smith. The team practices one night a week and has games on Saturday with teams from other area communities.  Smith and Coones have their girls working on basic basketball fundamentals and the terminology.

“All the Biddy teams are working hard and it’s good for the kids to be involved and see their parents and families at the school to see what’s here,” offered Smith, who also serves on the board of education and works with the local Boy Scouts. - Watson
