Local vet rests in peace at Arlington

| | Members of the American Legion Post #616 traveled to Washington, D.C. to pay their last respects to Richfield Springs resident, Eugene M. Dunckel. Services for Dunckel held on December 15, 2008 at Arlington National Cemetery. Also present at the services were Dunckel’s wife, Janet; son, Wayne, and Joanne Wickham; daughter, Denise Andrecheck; granddaughter, Brittany Andrecheck; and a number of friends and family members including Cody, Casey and Heather Green; Dillon Bosch; Evan and Doug Truex; Charlie West; Orvilled and Eloise Eckler; Kim Moore; Scott Greco; Penny Simonds; Henry and Barbara Yeardon;Tom Wickham; Doug Gardner; and Dennis Bruce.
