Firefighters learn their craft
|
Volunteers with several Otsego County
fire departments, including Cherry Valley, recently conducted a live
fire drill at the Otsego County Training Center in Milford. The drill
consisted of structure and vehicle fires and was part of an Essentials
of Fire Fighting Course taken by the volunteers. The course is a 14
week class that introduces entry-level firefighters to fire fighting
concepts, practices and techniques and is provided free of charge by
Otsego County. (Photo by Liz Plymell.)
