Everyone is welcome to eat at the Vets Club in Richfield Springs. Suggested donation $2.50 for people 60 and over and $6.25 for non-seniors. Thursday, Dec. 7: Beef cubes with mushroom gravy, boiled potatoes, carrots, onions and celery, biscuit and tropical fruit salad. Friday, Dec. 8: Breaded fish with tartar sauce on a bun, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes and zucchini and chocolate chip cookies. The week of Dec. 11 – Monday: Teriyaki beef with seasoned rice, Oriental vegetables, bread and lemon pudding. Tuesday: Baked chicken breast with mushroom gravy and baked sweet potatoes with cauliflower, bread and peaches. Wednesday: Pork with gravy and mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables, pumpernickle bread and cherry cake with topping. Thursday: Baked fish with lemon and margarine sauce with au gratin potatoes and spinach with bread and a fruit cup. Friday: Tossed salad with dressing and baked ziti with extra sauce and meatballs with a warm roll and frosted cake. The week of Dec. 18 – Monday: BBQ chicken leg thigh with baked beans with carrots and bread with applesauce. Tuesday: Spanish rice with harvested beets and a warm roll with orange juice and butterscotch pudding with topping. Wednesday: Tossed salad with dressing, spaghetti with sauce, sausage and Parmesan cheese with a warm roll and lemon cake with topping. Thursday: Cream of broccoli soup with cold sliced turkey and cheese on a sub roll with lettuce, tomato and mayo with coleslaw and pears. Friday: Holiday dinner featuring baked ham with pineapples and cherries and sweet potato souffle with mixed vegetables dinner roll and apple pie. The week of Dec. 25 – Monday, Merry Christmas, no meals will be served. Tuesday: Salisbury steak with gravy and mashed potatoes with peas, bread and rice pudding with raisins. Wednesday: Pork cubes with gravy and seasoned noodles with broccoli, bread and carnival cookie. Thursday: Creamed chicken with peas and onions and seasoned rice with brussel sprouts and pumpernickle bread with chilled pineapple. Friday: Tossed salad with dressing and baked lasagna with a warm roll and fruit juice with chocolate cream pie.
